 Misty lost her parents young, and her aunt couldn’t take care of her, so she was placed in the system. She learned quickly to not trust anyone but herself in the process. When she aged out of the system and was released on her own she headed to see if her aunt would take her in now, until she could get on her own two feet. What she didn’t plan on was Drake…..

 A young man just graduated from college, going home to live life on his terms. He never expected to feel so strongly about the girl he picked up, never could have imagined he needed her so much. Together they try and make their way in the world, complete opposites, can they face the challenges in front of them?

 I liked this story, I enjoyed reading from the two characters points of view, it made it personal to me. I would recommend this to romance lovers as it is a sweet tale of hard knocks and hope. I just need more now. I am hoping that the next book will come soon, I cannot wait to find out more of Misty & Drake’s story.

“Ryder, I don’t know how or why it’s happening so fast, but my heart does feel like it belongs to you. When I saw you tonight, I felt it. The connection is there and I see it now, but what if it isn’t real?” I pull away from him to walk closer to the crystal blue water of the lake.

“Why wouldn’t it be real? It feels real to me,” he says while making his way toward me. He’s coming closer to me and all I want to do is run into his arms and feel his body surround mine. That’s what my body is telling me, but how do I find out if that’s what my heart truly feels?

Shrugging, I say, “I just think we might feel this way because of the prophecy.” Wrapping me in his arms again, he tilts my chin up so I have to look into his eyes. He’s worried and I can see the tension around the lines of his mouth.

Shaking his head, he lets out an exasperated breath.

“Why are you trying to fight this, Calista? Whatever we feel is between me and you. No prophecy or any amount of magic is going to change the way I feel in my heart.” Cupping my face in his hands, he brings his face closer to mine so our foreheads lightly touch.

Breathing lightly in my face, he whispers softly, “My heart tells me this is real, and if we can’t believe in our own hearts, then what can we believe in?”

Brielle has dreams about a gorgeous guy who gets taken away from her on a nightly basis. She has no clue who he is or if she would ever meet him To celebrate her 18th birthday her friend talks her into going off the island and she meets the man of her dreams. But at what price? She is grabbed and she finds out that she is special, and wow, she has powers. As the man of her dreams, better known as Jace helps her get home she finds out that she is a part of the Elemental World, in fact may be the One that an ancient prophecy speaks about. What a rush, right? Will she make it through to conquer her Element skills? Will her bond with Jace be all that it promises to be?

 This book is awesome! I love everything about it; it has mythology, magic, thrills, danger, action and romance....sigh. I recommend this book to everyone who loves all of the above, it is a book to be savored. I could not wait to get into the second book, I needed more of Brielle and Jace and all their friends and family. I give this book 5 stars.

So now Hades has Brielle in the Underworld and Jace has three days to rescue her. But Hades being a God makes everything a bit harder. The Oracle helps a little but nowhere near enough, it is going to take the team to help get her out. So off they all troop to the Underworld....will they get Brielle? Will Hades kill her anyway to get her powers? What happens after all of this? Get the book....it is worth it!

 I couldn't ask for more, well yes I can....I want the next book please! Again I highly recommend this book to all my friends, it is an wonderful book. You can disappear into the world that Nikki Narveaz creates for hours without wanting to come out at all. Bathroom breaks are a pain lol. Nikki wraps her world around you and makes you a part of the action, and lord what action it is. This book is also a 5 star read.

On her sixteenth birthday things started changing for Sera, an odd thing here, and an odd thing there, leaving her to believe she was a little crazy. Her father gave up trying to deal with her as things got more out of hand, and off she went to Chicago to live with her aunt. In Chicago she sees the boy whose picture she had received in the mail, and he was every bit as gorgeous as his picture portrayed. Her aunt reveals some family secrets to Sera and she is off on the adventure of her life.

  This book has danger, thrills, magic, and even a little romance. I thoroughly enjoyed the story. I was drawn into Sera’s world and I did not want to come back out again. Michelle Warren has penned an epic adventure in just the first book alone. I highly recommend this book, it is an adventure for anyone! I cannot wait to jump into the next book. I give this book 4 stars.
