Blog Tour: Winter's Demon

Title- Winter’s Demon
Series-Vesik Series # 3
By- Eric R. Asher

Before I get too far into the post and totally forget, I know the spotlight is on Winter's Demon. I hadn't read the first two books so I had to start at the beginning. As of this time I am just getting ready to step into this book, and I am  very much looking forward to it. So...my review will not be up for a few more days yet. I did however review the first two.

Blurb-
Some things can never be undone. The horrors I've defeated—or even caused—with my own hands … they are nothing compared to what’s coming. Philip Pinkerton has brought his madness upon my family, my own blood. His army of necromancers is on the move, harbingers of a great darkness. I fear the war has begun ... and damn, I don't get paid enough for this.

Title-Days Gone Bad
Series- Vesik # 1
By Eric R. Asher
Genre- Urban Fantasy

Blurb-
My name is Damian Valdis Vesik. I am a necromancer, an ability feared and hated as much as the powers my master and I set ourselves against. We've vanquished many evils, but now something is releasing an old darkness, forcing us to hunt an enemy beyond anything I’ve faced before. I was already busy enough with vampires, fairies, witches, Watchers, weddings, and … damn, I need a vacation.

Damian Vesik is a necromancer, and I adore him. I love this book and how it presents him. Instead of the black negativity you would expect he has a clean, good feel about him. Along with the fairies, witches, vampires, and his master fight evil to try and hold corruption in its place.
I really wish I had read this book a long time ago, it is a wonderfully written story of magic and both the good and bad that happens. It has its gory moments which made it even better. I slipped into this book’s world and had a wonderful time absorbing the story. I did have a couple issues, I needed to know how Damian met the fairies, how Sam became a vampire and a couple other things, it would have made it that much better. I will recommend this book to like-minded people it is well worth reading. I want to thank Eric R Asher and Girls Heart Books for sharing this book with me so I could read and review. It was a pleasure!

Philip, Zola’s boyfriend from one hundred and fifty years ago, is not nearly as dead as we thought. I really wish he was. Not only has he kidnapped Zola, but he’s raising an army to scour humanity from the earth. Hopefully the local werewolf pack will help. What could possibly go wrong?

I settled in with popcorn and a drink, I already knew I was going to love what was coming next. Absolutely no problem, slid right back into Damian’s world ready to do battle with him and his friends. Now his master’s old and extremely evil boyfriend has kidnapped her and with the help of the wolves he was going to get her back. Let me just say the never ending heart thumping action is awesome! I even somewhat approve of his girlfriend, sigh.
Again a hit, this series just keeps getting better. Thanks to Eric Asher for writing books that will go straight to my favorites list. I love everything about this book, the magic, how it works, how everything clicks together to bring about an end result…. A wonderful story. Again, thanks to Eric R Asher and Girls Heart Books for allowing me to read and review, I cannot wait to dive into the third book. I forgot to mention this, but the book was so intense at points I teared up as bad things happened. Yes I was living the written word.
