This
book is a well written continuation of the author’s series, there was no lag
time or missing information that left me wondering what had happened. Instead I
dove right back into Payton’s life with her family and boyfriend. On the run
they are and things do not always go as planned. So stay tuned, things are
going to get really sticky, you don’t want to miss it.
After my initial grouchiness about the end of
this book, I got over myself and thought how much I would love to have that
next book now. The tension is high, the expectation even higher and what do we
do now? We are patient and wait for Charyse Allen to work her magic. This lady
has rapidly shot to the top of my favorites list as I love the way she writes.
So please, go get her first two books and lose yourself in Payton’s world, you
will not regret it at all. I would like to thank the author for making her book
available to me to read and review, I enjoyed it more than I can say. Five
stars for Desert Fire.
About the Author-
Charyse Allan grew up in Arizona dancing and riding horses. She is an avid reader, but didn’t become one until high school. This is also when she realized her passion for writing, however it wasn’t until a couple years into her marriage that she tried her hand at writing a novel.
When she isn’t writing or reading, she can be found in Northern Arizona, tending her garden with her husband and best friend, while their two kids and two crazy dogs run around the yard. Charyse is also a big fan of Holy yoga, juicing and being a vegetarian—she misses bacon like nobody’s business.
